Our five pillars
Estate Services Qld is a law firm with client care at the forefront of everything we do. Through innovative delivery of legal services, we help families in Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville and Cairns, providing estate administration services across Queensland with face-to-face client care in Scarborough, Moreton Bay.
We practice exclusively in estate administration, so our executor and administrator clients know their matter is our top priority. We offer a full suite of estate administration services; obtaining grants of probate, letters of administration, communicating with beneficiaries, dealing with estate assets, liabilities and distribution.

Often, executors and administrators are the busy people we rely on in our day-to-day lives. Life doesn’t stop when the role of executor or administrator comes knocking. That's why at Estate Services Qld, we want to make the load a bit lighter, with a focus on making life easier for executors and administrators.

We don’t ask you to take time away from work or other commitments to attend our office. We meet you where you are with life; our typical meeting is by zoom after dinner when you have the time and space. Whether you prefer to text rather than email, or pick up the phone for a quick chat, our processes are flexible to support your needs.

Our principal solicitor, Angie Conde, is a dedicated succession law practitioner whose focus is to try to make clients' lives easier at a difficult time. Angie is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Her qualifications are Bachelor of Laws with Distinction (Central Queensland University), Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and Master of Laws (Applied Law) (College of Law). Angie is a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law, member of the Queensland Law Society, Law Council of Australia (Legal Practice Section) and associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
